Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service uses high-pressure hot water extraction and non-toxic solutions to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains. Ideal for domestic and commercial spaces, this method extends carpet lifespan while ensuring a hygienic environment. We pre-vacuum, pre-spray, agitate, and extract to leave carpets thoroughly clean and fresh.
Upholstery Cleaning
We specialise in upholstery cleaning for sofas, chairs, and soft furnishings using hot water extraction or solvent methods. This restores fabric appearance, removes dirt, and maintains hygiene. Our trained team assesses fabric types to ensure safe, effective cleaning, prolonging furniture life and enhancing indoor air quality.
Hard Floor Cleaning
Our hard floor cleaning service covers tile, grout, wood, and vinyl using orbital machines and tailored solutions. We offer strip-and-recoat, deep scrubbing, and buffing to restore shine and durability. Regular maintenance plans ensure long-lasting, hygienic floors for residential and commercial properties.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Designed for offices, hotels, and venues, our commercial cleaning uses low-moisture encapsulation or hot water extraction. A four-stage process ensures minimal disruption and maximum cleanliness. We accommodate business schedules, providing efficient, certified services to maintain professional environments.
Mattress Cleaning
Mattress cleaning involves pre-vacuuming, sanitising sprays, and hot water extraction to eliminate dust mites, allergens, and stains. This service improves sleep hygiene and extends mattress lifespan. Safe for all fabric types, its ideal for homes and hospitality sectors seeking deep, hygienic cleaning.

Done a great job cleaning our sofa in quick time and even helped us move half of it back downstairs and an item of heavy furniture back into the house from the garage, following a downstairs renovation. Thanks guys - will definitely be in touch with any future carpet and sofa cleaning work. :)

Very pleasant gentlemen who arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I now have two sofas which look as good as new. I was amazed how much dirt they had collected in the three years wed had them but since getting a new puppy they were pretty tired looking. Very impressed with the service and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic service from FabriClean. This is the first time we have used them & they did not disappoint. They replied to emails in a timely manner & even managed to get us in next day. They came to clean our sofa & armchair after having several marks including pen marks. Our sofas look brand new now, we are so impressed. I would recommend them 100%.
