Business Details
We have been established as an architecture and design practice since 1973, providing us with more than 37 years of specific experience building in London. Our expertise incorporates a wide range of commissions, including commercial, residential, and agricultural premises, as well as schools, shops, and light industrial units. We focus on each commission in turn, devoting as much attention to redesigning a home as we would to designing a corporate headquarters. Our creativity in problem solving is matched by our technical skill and unwavering professionalism. We work exclusively in the private sector and have grown through referrals and repeat business due to the meticulous attention to detail we bring to every project. In addition to building design, we often undertake the complete interior design of premises, including the design and selection of all furnishings.
We also design furniture to ensure a cohesive and fully realised vision for our clients. We provide all clients with perspectives and visualisations, including sophisticated computer models of all buildings, interiors, and furniture. Our service is comprehensive, offering everything from initial feasibility studies and measured surveys through to contract administration and a full service. We are adept at navigating complex regulatory environments, handling planning applications and building regulations with precision. Our consultancy services extend to acting as an Employer's Agent and offering expert advice on fire means of escape and party wall matters. We apply our creative problem-solving to projects of all sizes and budgets, ensuring consistent quality across our portfolio of over 10,000 projects.
