We take great care in our work and from our early projects our reputation for quality, dedication and professionalism has spread. In 1993 we secured our first extension project and due to the success we expanded and began employing staff. Our big turning point was in 2000 when we were contracted to rebuild Pennance House at Swanpool, Falmouth.
We then went on to do extensive refurbishment at Rosilian in Flushing. Some years later, when this property was sold on, the new owners engaged us to do even more extensive alterations. To this day the values that Marnick Builders started with are still at the forefront of the company today.

We can advise clients through the entire process, from initial design and planning right through to handing over the keys. Our craftsmen are well equipped to cater for Specialist heritage work and have extensive knowledge and experience in restoring grade I, II and II* listed buildings.

At Marnick Builders we recognise the importance of training enthusiastic individuals for a career in the building trade, giving them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. Over the years we have steadily grown our apprenticeship scheme and we are always looking to improve and expand our training programs.
