Asked Spartan to replace a shower - the engineers turned up on time, and quickly did the job. They were polite, explained what they were doing, worked quickly, tidied up after themselves, took all rubbish away with them and checked I was happy with what they had done when they were finished. Good communication and proper information about the charges before work.
80 for first hour and 50 next hours for plumbing sounds reasonable but I paid 96 including tax for just 10 minutes inspection for a possible water leak which wasn't even identified or rectified. That's why I feel the rates are bit high if we need to do a small repair or check.
