Please never use this company, we have so many issues with our door and service is disgusting. Door wasnt fitted proper, you can see outdoor. Handle keeps coming off. We called company several times for the last 8 months and nobody is coming to fix the door. Appointment on 28May was cancelled and nobody had a decency to tell us.My husband just called them and lady was really not helpful, she said we need to wait another week just to get an appointment. Shocking. They just dont care at all. I fell really let down and upset and we paid lots of money for our door, it was not cheap rubbish.

Do not let these jokers mess up your home. Absolutely appalling workmanship and work ethic. All they are concerned about is doing the job as fast as possible so they can knock off early. Numerous problems:
The lead that was supposed to be installed to make the roof watertight went 'missing' and was not installed (maybe got sold instead?). Vast amounts of silicone sealant was used to fill in a large gap between wall and conservatory. When asked numerous times not to leave the job like that they still did. The foreman came out to check and said - as long as the finish is ok that's all that matters

I contracted Windor to remove my existing 20-year-old conservatory and build a new Orangery with bi-folding doors, and to knock through the external wall into the dining room, to create one large dining / family room. I cannot speak more highly of Windor; from Andrews initial visit where he instantly understood the vision I had in my head and the confidence in being able to deliver it (which was very much lacking in some of their competitors that I had round to quote), through to the final completion of the project, all Windor staff and trades were professional, polite and a pleasure to have
