Services
Roof Cleaning
Our roof cleaning service removes moss, lichen, and weather stains using low-pressure steam, preserving tile and slate integrity. This eco-friendly method avoids chemical residues, protects gardens, and extends roof lifespan. A bactericide application option prevents regrowth, ensuring long-term cleanliness and structural protection.
Render Cleaning
Specialising in K-Rend, sand-cement, and insulated renders, we use Softwash and steam techniques to eliminate algae and stains. This restores original colours, prevents moisture damage, and maintains render durability without high-pressure risks, suitable for traditional and modern surfaces.
Stone Cleaning
Steam cleaning targets granite, limestone, and sandstone structures, removing moss and grime without abrasion. This gentle process preserves historical and modern stone buildings, enhancing aesthetics while protecting against weather-induced decay in Cornwalls damp climate.
Brick Cleaning
High-temperature steam eradicates moss and algae from brick surfaces, safeguarding mortar joints. This chemical-free approach rejuvenates brick facades, prevents structural damage, and suits both residential and heritage properties across coastal and inland Cornwall.
Gutter Cleaning
Using SkyVac technology, we clear gutters up to 40 feet high, removing debris and preventing water damage. This service includes fascia, soffit, and downpipe cleaning, ensuring drainage efficiency and protecting property foundations from Cornwalls heavy rainfall.
