Current Projects

Gower Street Church has had many identities over the years with its most recent being nightclubs, Bar 121 and Sin. The building has been left empty for the last few years and has fallen into disrepair but is structurally sound. The church is going to be converted into eight luxury apartments spread over three floors and consist of a mixture of four, three, two and one bed apartments.
Completed Projects
Report
The project at Grange Lodge in Ripley consisted of extensions to the side, front and rear of the property. The project was carried out to enhance the living facilities of the tenant. We also carried out a full refurbishment of the property including a number of internal alterations to allow for wheelchair access.
