Brilliant service provided all the way through! David came to do an in person survey of our house below we moved and provided a personalised quote based on our requirements which included moving a piano.
On moving day, the team were friendly, professional, careful and quick. They expertly packed up the van before midday, went off to our new house, and were there waiting for us when we arrived with the keys and a bag of sausage rolls.
Unloading the van went really smoothly, with all the boxes and furniture ending up in the correct rooms. The piano was also expertly moved, with no damage and still in tune - they moved the piano for me 5 years ago too with the same high level of care and attention to detail.
I'd highly recommend Jonills to anyone else looking for a removals company.

Jonills Removal and Storage Company offer an absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. They have helped me to complete a very complex house move at every stage. Jonills did an excellent job of guiding and assisting us through this tough period of moving house- our family home for the last 46 years-, and I want to let everyone know how excellent they really are. They managed to pack up and transfer our belongings from a large Georgian 5 bedroom house to 3 different locations- including liaising with an Auction House and delivering items to them.

Absolutely top class removal firm. David the boss was helpful from first being contacted. The men who carried out the actual removal were brilliant, really polite and hard working. Shortly after the men had finished David called round to check that all had gone well. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Jonills.

We had shopped around for quotes and David was the only one who came out to look at what we had to move before quoting. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and talked us through the process before providing a competitive quote.
The bulk of our stuff was loaded up the day before moving as we were going from Nottingham to Liverpool. This meant we could get on the road early the next day and the move was completed by 1pm. David came and quoted for our removal, was friendly and courteous, and wasn't phased by the shear amount of stuff we had in our house!
On the day of moving the team were awesome, really friendly, professional, and efficient, but with good humour along the way.
