If your looking for a company that provides good service , great at communication and does what it says its going to do DONT use this company . Quite happily took a large deposit for a composite door , was quoted 10 weeks when placing the order , was then given an installation date after 7 weeks for 3 weeks time , planned other trades around the fitting of the door . A couple days before the installation date i phoned them to confirm the date to then be told that the door that was due for us was infact for someone else with a similar name , when asked where our door was , was told they had no

Got what I thought was a good quote but was on a scrappy piece of paper, I asked for something in writing but was told 'take a photo of it'. I later realised it wasn't clear whether VAT was inc so I phoned up to check and it was confirmed it was so I agreed to proceed with it. Took time off to meet to sort details, paperwork at and the estimator arrived 30 mins early then proceeded to tell me the quote was going to be more than 1000 than was quoted as he had 'forgotten to include a window'....I was only getting a quote for 2 windows and a door! Suggest a better more professional way of providing

Replaced 4 bedroom windows. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and the fitters were excellent - everything clean and tidy when they finished. Will be replacing other windows in the future. Would recommend.

I've been buying windows from Brighton Trade Windows for some years now as I work my way around my house restoring it. I like the way they measure up, give a price (which is always highly competitive) and get the job done cleanly and efficiently. There's not the annoying haggling you have to go through with certain national installers who call around this area every few weeks. Perhaps if those national installers adopted Brighton Trade Windows way of working (i.e. giving a good service) they wouldn't need to go door to door touting for business.
