I would give this place zero stars. I called to ask if they could do a repair and they're not able to if they didn't install the windows which is acceptable but one of the repairs I have isn't the actual window it's the door lock and the person who answered the phone wouldn't even listen to my quesiton. He just wanted to rush me off the phone and couldn't be bothered. There's no point in dealing with people like this, because the first thing you want is good customer service. If you want friendly reliable glazer use Henry and Sons who've been great in past jobs.

Southern Windows performed the original install of our CP130 Aluminum Sliding Doors back in 2014. As a result of an unfortunate incident the glass panes on the middle section shattered in May of 2021. Southern Windows managed to secure the original paperwork and promptly source and fit a replacement in record time and at a very reasonable cost. Mariusz in particular was always responsive and gave clear timings as to the install. The installation team themselves were brisk and efficient and left no trace. Extremely happy with the service & would highly recommend.

I had to cancel the contract I had with Southern Windows several weeks after I had signed the contract and paid the deposit, due to my health. I was expecting to have to negotiate and perhaps pay some sort of admin fee, but the refund was paid promptly and completely. So pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely use Southern Windows again in future.

I have had amazing customer service from Tomasz and his team at Southern Windows. From the very beginning I was given excellent advice on the products available for the high quality finish I was looking for and the pricing was very competitive. The email communication following that advice with quote options was both clear and extremely efficient. After choosing the product for my 6m opening and windows for my house, I was given clear information on what my builder needed to do to prepare the opening to make the installation go smoothly. My project was delayed somewhat with building works, however
