Matthew is everything you could ask for in a skilled tradesman; professional, knowledgeable, reliable, resourceful and polite. We have used him for a number of small jobs (an issue with a mono bath tap, install new sanitary ware, investigate and repair a leak in an en-suite, annual service of a gas boiler) and he & his work has exceeded our expectations on every occasion. We would & have recommended him without any hesitation!

Matthew installed complete heating system.and after performing 2nd annual service at a very competitive price said he "was not happy" with an overflow pipe . The pipe had given no trouble and so far as I was concerned was fine. Nonetheless Matthew returned the following Saturday morning and replaced it , free of charge, for, as he said , his own "peace of mind" . How's that for service!
