The planning process is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the local community and the environment. We keep a constant eye on changes to the planning system and at any one time we here at Craymanor have many projects in the planning system. We have been doing this for over 30 years and are held in high regard at the local Planning authorities.

Once we have obtained Planning Permission the next stage is to complete the technical design and to apply for Building regulation approval. Having worked with the approved Building regulation documents for over 30 years we know the technical detail required for approval well and are 100% successful in obtaining this approval from the local authority.
