Wow some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Fitting was booked for 1pm , at 2 pm no one had appeared. I made the mistake of ringing up and had the misfortune to speak to Chris a salesman. Rude, patronising, insulting, condescending, misogynistic, chauvinistic sums him up. Why anyone would want someone like him in their employment is beyond me. Youd last 5 mins in the South East/London Chris. Talking to women as if theyre brainless and stupid ? Used a local carpet fitter who knew how to speak to their customers. Utterly unbelievable.
