Rivendell have been amazing from start to finish, bringing out numerous samples, booking in the work and laying carpet. All communication was easy and they were very responsive. The carpet fitters turned up on time and were polite and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

Just called to get a price and was told someone would only be able to call me Monday for a price? Today is Thursday? Not very professional at all. Thanks to the lady I just spoke to, I would not recommend Rivenhall.
