My family and I have used the services of Andrews Removals for over 13 years, storage of my Daughter's furniture + personal belongings for 12 years !!!! Plus 3 moves for me, both locally and nationally. I can not fault them. I am a disabled lady " on the wrong side of sixty " and considered vulnerable. At all times they have prompt,reliable, courteous and I have never " lost " anything. I state for the record, that I am not connected to the Company in any way , or member of staff and this is a genuine review. Oh !!! and made me laugh during my recent move which was in December 2020. Absolutely fantastic company! We moved last Friday with Andrews and the guys were early, polite and efficient. Really didnt expect our first house move to be that smooth. Wouldnt have anything bad to say about this company. Even dealing with the admin side of things is quick and easy- highly recommend

Worst removals experience ive ever had. The removal men were rude and damaged my belongings and walls/door frames.The standard of driving is very poor, they hit my neighbours car with the lorry causing major damage and then they tried to drive off untill they were confronted with cctv evidence. Not a good start with my new neighbours ! I took this awful company to court and was awarded compensation. Avoid Andrews of Kent !

I would 100% recommend this company based on my positive experience. Andy visited us to price up our move, he was extremely professional and courteous to comply with healthy and safety in a world where covid has altered normal day to day working.
