When went in store asked questions said "it's unbelievable" what I am asking. A guy came home to measure for carpets and left home saying how can he measure. Sorry. Just because we moved in a week ago, the house was clearly a mess. They don't seem to be in need of customers. Very impolite behaviour. Don't waste your time.

We bought flooring from them and had their own recommended installers come and put in screed and laminate. There were a couple of issues we wanted to discuss. Despite many many requests and phone calls to both them and the installers, no one has even visited in over a month (we live less than half a mile away).

We recently had a Castello laminate floor supplied and fitted by Value Floors. We were served by Kieran who was very helpful in-store advising us on additional incizo profile strips/door strips to match and complete the look, we paid the extra money to have these strips. The fitters came and quickly fitted the laminate flooring. We would recommend briefing the fitter on your requirements when they arrive as they were unclear on the finer details such as trim and finishing discussed in-store. Later that day we noticed that the strip around the fireplace and doorways was a slightly different shade

Really impressed, order some Quick Step signature range laminate that is out of stock everywhere via Value Floors dream flooring website. Arrived 2 working days later, excellent condition and a really good price. Highly recommended
