I dont live locally, but needed urgent help with sourcing a leak coming through the bedroom ceiling at my elderly mothers house. JPS sent an engineer the next day, with only the information I was able to give over the phone, as I couldnt get to Hampshire to assess the problem myself. Amanda on the phone was so helpful, and Chris sourced the problem coming from the tank in the loft.
With further leaks prevented, Jamie then called me to go through the options for repair. Due to my mum having to have her water switched off, and being elderly and alone, they then rearranged their work schedule and came back the next day to fit a new combi boiler. Chris even came straight back on the first day when I called again, when the kitchen tap that should have provided water, until the full repair was done, wasnt actually working as hed advised it would.
My mother is in her 90s, and it is always a worry when I cant be there when she has to have tradesmen visiting, but Chris was prompt, hardworking, and patient with her needs, therefore giving me peace of mind that I didnt need to do the three-hour drive to be there in person. Thank you to everyone at JPS; what was initially a very distressing situation was handled fantastically by all of you. Highly recommended.

A great job was done on the bathroom and separate WC, with the old items being removed and new ones installed. An extra toilet was added to the main bathroom area, which required some digging.
The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Nick was pleasant to have around while doing the work, as he was polite, courteous, and kept us informed about the progress. He went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory, and they come highly recommended. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.
