Gorgeous rug that arrived on time. We also got around 100 off as the rug was in the sale & we had a voucher code. Very pleased with this purchase & will order from Land of Rugs again.

As an interior designer who consults with clients around the globe, its refreshing to find a resource that is family owned and knows their products. Rugs can be overwhelming. There are so many options and new technologies. I consider Land of Rugs a top floor dcor expert and highly recommend them.

We are very disappointed with the 'Ariana Criss Cross Soft Fringed Rug' we ordered from Land of Rugs. It hasn't been cut straight so the rug looks awful and no matter how you try and lay it the rug simply looks crooked. Complete waste of money and Land of Rugs refuses to replace the item or offer a refund. They say that we need to report a fault within 48 hours which is ridiculous as this fault isn't something that could have been any cause of our own. If the rug wasn't cut straight it wasn't cut straight. It shouldn't matter if I tell them in two hours or a few months. This was nothing to do
