I was incredibly happy with the service offered by hicraft from start to finish. Highly professional and friendly service from the whole team and we love the finished product! We have had a lot of work done on our house recently and have used quite a number of companies for various aspects of the build- Hicraft are one of only two that I can 100% recommend. Thanks to you all!

Hicraft recently fitted an engineered oak floor to the downstairs of our period property, and I have to say that we are very happy, both with the workmanship and the service. They are all very nice people, and incredibly flexible, which was a great help during what was quite a substantial project that was certainly not without its headaches. What very minor concerns that I have had have been instantly remedied, and I would not hesitate in recommending Huw and his team.

I have used HiCraft for the last 12 years and twice they have fitted a large wooden floor throughout my kitchen diner and hallway. Huw and his team are professional, polite and efficient. The quality of the wood, the fitting and the results are excellent and my floors have stood the test of time (and family life). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - they are experts in their field, they are a pleasure to deal with and always correct any (minor) problems quickly. I like to support local, independent businesses and being based in Clifton, it's a nice showroom to visit too.

They did an absolutely terrible job, I would never recommend them to anyone or have any other work done to my property ever again. The stress they caused me was unbelievable. They took the paint off of walls, split door frames, damaged my carpet and left nails sticking up out of the floor. They are overpriced and a complete disappointment.
