Services
Builders Clean
Our builders clean service removes construction debris, plaster marks, and paint splatters from new or renovated properties. Using industrial vacuums and heavy-duty chemicals, we ensure thorough cleaning of carpets, windows, and surfaces. This service includes free external window cleaning and protective measures for existing fixtures, guaranteeing a pristine finish for residential and commercial developments across the North East.
Gutter Cleaning
We provide comprehensive gutter cleaning using high-reach systems and vacuum technology to remove blockages caused by leaves and debris. Our service includes UPVC cleaning and wax treatments to prolong gutter lifespan. Regular maintenance prevents water damage to properties, ensuring structural integrity while serving domestic and commercial clients in Sunderland, Newcastle, and surrounding areas.
Kitchen Extraction Cleaning
Specialising in TR19-compliant kitchen extraction cleaning, we dismantle systems to remove grease buildup from ducts, extractor fans, and canopy filters. Our BOCCA-trained team uses degreasers and boiling water techniques, providing hygiene certificates post-service. This reduces fire risks and ensures compliance with health regulations for restaurants, cafes, and food preparation facilities across the North East.
Flood Damage Cleaning
Our flood cleaning service utilises industrial wet vacuums and dehumidifiers to extract water and prevent mould growth. We disinfect affected areas, monitor drying progress with moisture meters, and restore properties to safe conditions. Available 24/7, this emergency service addresses residential and commercial flood incidents, minimising health risks and structural damage across Tyne & Wear.
High Pressure Cleaning
Using high-pressure jet washing, we clean driveways, patios, and external surfaces by removing weeds, moss, and stains. Our process includes kiln-dried sand reapplication for block paving and sealant application to prolong cleanliness. This service enhances property aesthetics while maintaining slip-resistant surfaces for commercial premises, housing estates, and public spaces in the North East.
