Lovely guys and cheap to fix the problem. The owner gave us heating within 20 minutes of turning up and took off the radiator for us. The guy came the next day to sort it and I would definitely recommend them, Thank you

Got myself into a spot of bother trying to install a bath. Graham from Essex maintenance came round really quickly. Sorted out my problem in no time and all has been fine since. They were easy to deal with and professional throughout. I'll definitely be using them again if/when the need arises.

EDIT: OUR REVIEW WAS CHANGED FOLLOWING THE UNTRUTHFUL RESPONSE FROM EM. INITIALLY WE DIDN'T LIST THE LIST THE SEQUENCE OF PROBLEMS BUT NOW FEEL THE EXTENT OF OUR POOR EXPERIENCE IS RELEVANT TO OUR OVERALL REVIEW. UNFORTUNATELY EM IS TRYING TO MAKE THIS PERSONAL AND ARE NOW FABRICATING EVENTS, AT NO POINT DURING THE 8 WEEKS FROM THE FITTING TO OUR PAYING DID WE REFUSE TO PAY OR BECOME AGGRESSIVE. We unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company, The workmanship was inferior, including poor pipework, broken roof tiles, waste pipes not secured with bracket to outside walls, garden wall
