Terrible establishment. Very friendly when trying to get you to buy an item but then as soon as I had made a purchase, their attitude changed. No post sale customer service, they were not interested in the fault (albeit small) with the product, and spoke to me with a terrible attitude. I would not recommend this place.

I have been using Floor Fashion in Brixton for approx 9 years. I don't actually purchase their furniture as it's not my style. But for flooring this place is great. Supply and fitting at fantastic prices. Now many members of my family get carpets and laminates from here too. Customer service has always been fine for me, no pressure to buy and firring guys always put everything back nicely!!

Floor fashion is an terrible establishment they lack customer service and portray a horrible attitude when you complain about their products. When the bed was delivered some of the packaging was damaged. When the bed was set up i wasnt left with any spare screws or even the allen key. When i asked about the key it was dismissed. When i reported the dangerous hazards of the four poster bed which was so sharp that it caused my 5 year old to

The guys are always happy to help with any queries. There are no pushy salesmen but they will genuinely help you to find what you need at a budget to suit. The owner, Francis, takes time to answer any questions and is such a friendly guy. Can't fault them.
