Particularly shocking service, poor quality products delivered late, customer service not up to standard as no resolution was reached. Clearly dont value their customers, and judging by their employees attitude- dont value their staff either.

Purchased Jasmine 2 and 3 seater sofas through a retail supplier and I thought that as Knightsbridge actually made them they deserved a mention. The sofas are very sturdy,confortable,supportive and look great in my lounge,many thanks,Jim
