I had to misfortune of choosing Bramhall Removals to transport all my furniture from Cheadle Hulme to Salisbury. The owner came to my flat and saw all the items that needed moving and provided a very reasonable quote and did not note any potential difficulties. However, on the day of removal, he phoned me (I had already moved due to job commitments) and said that they couldn't get my sofa out.
I had no choice but to accept his assessment and to try and sort out an arrangement with my new tenant. I then had to get another sofa. A couple of friends went to the flat but couldn't understand
