After calling a few locksmiths, I found Rasheed to be very professional and pleasant talking over the phone. He immediately put me at ease when he asked to see pictures of the door and lock. He didnt just give me a random quote he wanted to see the door first. He kept me informed about how long he would be to come to the house. Rasheed also gave me a choice of locks to fit on my door and then went to get the correct lock. I definitely recommend his services as he knows a lot about doors and types of lock. Overall I had great service.

I had a faulty lock at an apartment and I was recommended RNM locksmith. He dealt with my problem professionally, gave an idea what it might cost to fix and a plan B option if lock couldnt be fixed.
Arrived promptly, dealt with the problem and also highlighted a safety issue with the lock I was unaware off. Everything was dealt with with minimal hassle ! Definitely will recommend RNM locksmith
