Fire Rated Windows
Our fire-rated windows achieve classifications from 30 to 120 minutes integrity and insulation. Manufactured from extruded aluminium with polyamide thermal breaks, they accept glass specifications like Contraflam and Pyrobel. Available in fixed light configurations up to 6m x 4m with bespoke RAL colour finishes.
Fire Rated Doors
Certified doorsets with 30-120 minute fire resistance include single/double options and automatic sliding systems. Constructed with steel/aluminium panels and GKF plasterboard linings, they feature ironmongery compliant with EN 16034 standards and thermal break technology.
Curtain Walling
2-hour fire-rated curtain walling systems use 50mm box-section aluminium framing with variable depths. Accepts glass or opaque infills up to 49mm thickness, suitable for straight or angular installations with 7.5 facetting capability.
Structural Screens
Fixed fire-resistant barriers with EI120 certification, designed for compartmentalisation in commercial buildings. Incorporates 25mm Contraflam glass or steel/aluminium composite panels with continuous thermal spacers.
Aluminium Glazing
Thermally broken aluminium systems with fire ratings from EI30 to EI120, available in window, door, and curtain wall configurations. Features include 15-32mm fire-glass options and 10,000+ sq ft manufacturing capacity.
