Services
EICR Testing
Our NICEIC-certified engineers conduct thorough Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to BS7671 standards. We identify C1 (dangerous), C2 (potentially dangerous), and C3 (improvement recommended) issues through visual inspections and advanced testing. Reports include detailed recommendations for remedial work, with urgent faults requiring immediate attention. Testing covers consumer units, circuits, earthing, and fixed appliances, ensuring compliance for homeowners, landlords, and businesses.
EV Charging Installation
As OZEV-authorised installers, we provide end-to-end EV charging solutions including Myenergi Zappi, Ohme Pro, and Hypervolt units. Our standard installation covers wall-mounted chargers with up to 15m cable, protection devices, and certification. Non-standard requirements like underground cabling or system upgrades receive detailed quotations. We handle grant applications and ensure compatibility with solar PV systems where applicable.
House Rewiring
We perform full rewires for properties from one-bedroom flats to large Victorian homes. Our process includes first-fix cabling, second-fix installations, and final certification. Projects incorporate modern requirements like smart home integration while addressing safety issues in older installations. We identify rewiring needs through EICR findings or visual indicators like outdated fuse boxes and aluminium wiring.
Fuse Box Replacement
We replace outdated fuse boards with Hager units compliant to 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Our work includes RCD protection installation, circuit reorganisation, and compliance with Part P building regulations. We address safety risks from old wooden-backed units and ensure proper earthing/bonding for gas/water services during replacements.
Solar PV Systems
We install and maintain FoxESS battery storage systems alongside solar PV installations. Our services cover performance testing, inverter diagnostics, and fault resolution for existing systems. We address common issues like relay failures and moisture ingress while optimising energy storage solutions for residential and commercial properties.
