Sylvarna Kitchen Design

As an estate agent of over 40 years, Ive seen a fair few kitchens in my time and I knew that finding a kitchen to fit both my desire and expectation was going to be a heck of a challenge - enter Gavin Kruse from SYLVARNA kitchens and their quite magnificent showroom.

Over several visits, Gavin was both knowledgeable and patient in advising me and my partner on what was going to work best in our new extended kitchen. His attention to detail was amazing as were the CGI images that were produced giving us a real insight as to how our kitchen would eventually look.

Having experienced a three month extension program to our property, the thought of more tradesmen coming in was daunting to say the least, but once again SYLVARNA came up trumps. From the moment they arrive the install team of Owen and Calvin reignited our excitement in having our dream kitchen installed. Not only were both fitters extremely skilled tradesmen they too were on hand to offer advice with regards to finishing touches.

Its now been about a month since our house was transformed and I have nothing but praise for the entire team and would have no hesitation in recommending both their kitchens, their workmanship and their after sales service. Thank you SYLVARNA - you really are simply the best.

We used Sylvarna for our renovation project where they supplied the kitchen. They were very professional and helpful throughout the process and managed to accommodate multiple changes to the timelines, which we had to request due to building issues unrelated to the kitchen.

We are totally thrilled with our new kitchen, its absolutely stunning and visitors go Wow when they see it. Not only that, it works really well for us. When we started looking for a new kitchen we had a good idea of what layout we wanted, and what units would work in our space, but no real idea on finishes, worktops, etc. We had trawled round a lot of suppliers, from DIY stores, Builders merchants, Wxxx and several bespoke kitchen companies. None of them inspired us with design and not one of them could give us exactly what we wanted. Driving past the showroom after another uninspiring trip elsewhere, I suggested we have a look, even if it was going to be out of our price range. What a revelation! Gavin, our designer at Sylvarna, was the only person who said Yes to all our requests and also provided proper design input, when all the other companies had only done layouts. The choice of finishes and attention to detail was unlike we had experienced elsewhere and the price was very competitive when comparing like with like. Luke the fitter, was also brilliant, punctual, clean, tidy and with superb attention to detail. All the other trades involved were of a very high standard too. We cannot recommend Sylvarna highly enough.

Cannot rate Sylvarna, Gavin and the team highly enough for our kitchen. The whole process was smooth, advice was spot on, dates were adhered to and the resulting kitchen is perfect. Great care was taken in the choosing and design, and, as with any project, there were questions and the team were super responsive throughout the whole process. After-sales continues to be brilliant so we're very pleased indeed.

Sylvarna & especially James have now done x2 kitchens for us. Each time I found him easy to work with, mindful of individual budget, not trying to oversell, but suggesting great design ideas which meant the finished areas have turned out great. Troubleshooting was dealt with smoothly and quickly. Several months on there are no regrets, and Ive recommended them to lots of people.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. Pete was very patient and we spent a lot of time revising the plans but now that it's done there is nothing that we would change. It was great that Sylvarna also do the fitting, it made life a lot easier and they took a lot of trouble to get everything just how we wanted.

This is an overdue review, but perhaps living with a kitchen for 10 months before reviewing is a good idea?
Sylvarna is the best kitchen company we've ever dealt with - and we have actually been lucky with our suppliers over the years.
From the moment we walked in to the excellent showroom we were given plenty of time, advice and insight into what was possible. Pete Stearn came up with an excellent plan and was always on top of the project. Miles fitted the kitchen and was a pleasure to have in the house. A very difficult extraction problem was overcome with effort and imagination.Every Sylvarna person we spoke to was helpful and courteous.

James designed the kitchen initially, giving valued options and opinions where nothing was too much trouble. He Organised various tradesmen and visits along the way and Communication throughout this process was excellent.

Frank installed the kitchen with precision attention to detail and care, he was incredibly tidy, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. James oversaw this process and was always on hand to check every detail.

Something so stressful turned into a seamless transition, and I cannot fault the staff or process at all.

Eight years ago when we built our home in the Witterings we worked with James Blann at Sylvarna to design, supply, and fit our stunning kitchen, - which were still in love with all these years later. When the time came to extend the modest utility room in order to produce a larger utility-cum-boot room it was a no brainer, - we were straight to Sylvarna to call upon Jamess huge expertise once again. As well as an extensive run of cabinetry and a boots and coats area, - James designed and arranged production of a truly exceptional dog-shower station which has been beautifully manufactured in seamless Corian. We now have stacked laundry machines - instead of the previous space-wasting side-by-side arrangement, -loads of new and much-needed storage, - proper cloakroom hanging space, and a truly practical dedicated facility for cleaning up the pups after their muddy walks. We are delighted with the result, and have no hesitation in highly recommending Sylvarna once again. The whole experience has been a pleasure, prices are fair, and customer service is exceptional. Thank you James, - I know folks dont need a new kitchen very often; - weve had two great experiences with you now, - Im sure well manage a third in due course. Im looking forward too it. If only all home improvements went this well!

We had a problem with our hob ducting due to a builders fault at installation. Sylvarna had supplied the kitchen and came out immediately to fix the issue. A very professional company with prompt, polite service.
