We received quotations from two businesses for new facias, soffits and gutters. The wriiten quotation from Chatswoirth was amateurish being sparse in detail, badly written and clearly focused on windows which we were not ordering. However, having used Chatsworth before and received a competitive quote, we signed a contract and paid a large deposit. The salesman assured us the price was fixed! 6 weeks later, however after a survey, they requested an extra 1500 (23%) for additional scafolding. Not surprisingly, we were not happy, cancelled the contract for a refund and went to a more professional

Chatsworth windows installed a new front door for my grandma she was over the moon with the quality of the product and said she couldn't wish for a nicer installation team, I was so pleased with how courteous they were with her, would recommend to anyone. 10/10 service.

I'm sure they are good window specialists but as far as advertising while driving their vans? Just seen a motorcyclist have to break suddenly on a A19 near Thornaby as there van crossed 2 lanes without signaling
And i couldn't get the vans registration due to the fact that back of the vehicle was too filthy. Not good advertising.

Just had total house fitted with new windows and door. The products are excellent quality and look superb. Also cannot speak highly enough of the 2 fitters Simon and Lee who did a thoroughly and professional job with no mess left to sort out. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Just had panoramic doors fitted by Rob and Rich at Chatsworth. They arrived on time and got straight on with job. Although is was raining it didn't stop them or slow them down, they were very polite and professional and s credit to the company. I am very pleased with doors and would definitely recommend Chatsworth to anyone looking for glazing home improvement.
