First of all I must say I have had several experiences with roofing contractors, as I have a flat roof extension and through time suffered problems. The latest problem occurred when my conservatory was completed and the roof leaked causing me anxious moments and total frustration. I met several so called roofing experts non of which gave me confidence or assurance in rectifying what was a bad original installation. As a domestic customer for a roof repair I found one or two companies wouldn't turn up when they said they would, made over optimistic programme promises, and where generally over priced
