We used Bass removals a few weeks ago. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I should. We had a very large property to move and it was not your average move. From the very first contact speaking with Jane and organising a free quote with a visit from David, we knew this company was exactly what we needed. The team on the day was led by Andy and was very, very organised and looked after all my furniture and belongings really very well indeed. Everything was packed in the vehicles and wrapped just almost like a work of art. Through out the day the team were great to have about

Cannot fault the service received from the initial quote to moving day. Jane was at the other end of the phone to answer any questions I had throughout. The 3 man team on the day were superb. Punctual, professional and thoroughly nice guys. Everything was put wherever we wanted with care. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks to all for making what had been a stressful lead up to the day a pleasant experience.

Moving house is stressful as everyone knows so make sure you get it right when you look for a removals firm. My experience with Bass Removals was superb. A truly professional service and David's calm approach to everything made the whole experience from first contact to completion spot-on. Amazing service. They arrived early for our big moving day and the guys were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were helpful and polite and just generally a nice bunch of people. I have no intention of moving any time soon but I would not hesitate to use these guys again and again.

These guys did an amazing job. They arrived early, were friendly, got everything loaded fast but carefully. The unload was just as smooth. The team were polite, nice, willing to go the extra mile and were lovely guys. This was my first house move and when all got a bit overwhelming they just got on and were really kind. And best of all, it was my partner and mines first home, and before they came in for the unload they let us have our little 'moment' inside. Things like that really matter. I would sincerely recommend them!

David, Mick and Phil make a great team they were friendly, professional, and super efficient. I recently moved from the Midlands, Staffordshire to Kent and they arrived on time both days and I was amazed at how quickly they worked. If youre thinking about moving, I strongly recommend these guys.
