Once again Victoria windows have gone above and beyond the expected level of customer service we have used them a number of times and they truly are the very best of what they do each time they have finished their work I feel my property has increased in value and looks wonderful thank you for all the work youve done at my house and the patience and time you spent getting it right first time. When I first used this family business for my by-fold doors a couple of years ago, I was so impressed with their excellent customer service and product that when I needed a new door installed I went straight to them. Again no sales pressure, no hassle, just straight forward discussion of my requirements and helpful advice given and examples shown in their factory/showroom and in the locality. Admin was very helpful, they contact you and call when they say they will, the friendly installers are very professional, clear up after themselves and complete on time.
