Services
Regular Clean
Our regular cleaning service maintains tenement stairwells through weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits. We lift mats, sweep and mop stairs, dust handrails, and clean entry passages. This preventative maintenance ensures consistently clean communal areas without major interventions. Properties benefit from scheduled upkeep that preserves cleanliness standards between deeper cleans.
Deep Clean
The deep cleaning service thoroughly restores stairwells requiring significant attention. We remove surface dirt, clean walls and railings, and address neglected areas. Additional charges apply for properties exceeding four floors. This service revitalises spaces that haven't been cleaned for extended periods, returning them to acceptable condition through comprehensive manual cleaning.
Steam Clean
Steam cleaning uses high-temperature vapour to sanitise and deep clean stairwells. We apply this method to floors, walls and railings for intensive stain removal and hygiene improvement. Not suitable for damaged surfaces, this service effectively refreshes gloss-painted areas. The process leaves stairwells visibly cleaner with reduced chemical residue compared to traditional methods.
Motorscrubber Clean
Motorscrubber cleaning employs mechanical assistance for heavy-duty stairwell restoration. We combine scrubbing machines with steam cleaning to tackle ingrained dirt on floors and walls. This service suits properties needing intensive surface renewal. The equipment achieves deeper cleaning than manual methods while maintaining safety for appropriate floor types.

I contacted Bernadette at the beginning of March so I could get a quote for a stairwell cleaning. At the beginning she was fantastic, quick response and quote. After I got together with the neughbours and agreed we moved foward and Bernadete was able to book us in- it was only a few weeks later when, 23rd of March, the cleaners came... to my surprise doing a really really poor job. Not even all the walls were cleaned and the very next day that the window cleaners came left a huge mess in the previously washed stairwell. I was shocked, Bernadette contacted me resting my worries a side and that this

We have been using the Stair Cleaning Company now for about 6 years and can't praise them highly enough. They are very reliable, efficient and do an excellent job of cleaning the tenement block. Having had other companies before, it is great now to have found a company which is so good to work with. Bernadett, who manages the work, is always pleasant and responsive to any requests or any issues which might arise. Highly recommended!
