The Biggerstaff team replaced our wooden soffits and fascias with uPVC. The fitters were prompt, efficient and courteous at all times. Their level of workmanship was exceptional and they went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect result. The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. We would highly recommend them.

Two years ago we employed Biggerstaff Windows to replace all the wooden framed windows and doors of our house. It had taken us twenty years to pluck up the courage to do this as we have no proper lintels in the outside brickwork. But we needn't have worried as BW had it all under control. So impressed were we with the build quality and installation that we have recently used them again to provide the triple glazed windows and bi-fold doors in our new extension. Once again, excellent build quality and installation. This coupled with a friendly, helpful attitude from the whole BW team makes it easy

Biggerstaff windows fitted some new doors to our house and we have had some issues with adjustment due to heat on the doors. They have been out numerous times to adjust them and have come out at short notice, and have been very helpful in rectifying the problem.
4 stars only due to adjustment issues. Which is not their faults, more to do with manufacturers.

We were impressed with the good service and the new Bi-fold doors we had installed look great. From initial enquiry and survey, right through to completion the whole process was managed very well. Even when we noticed a couple of minor snags after installation, the team from Biggerstaff dealt with them quickly and efficiently.
