I had a fantastic experience with Kenbro from start to finish. The man who helped place my order was very honest and ensured I got the best carpet for my needs and money. The 2 men who fitted my carpet were very friendly, efficient and fast. I will definitely be using Kenbro again.

Brought carpet, gave measurements but store colleague didn't input figures correctly meaning I couldn't get the carpet without paying more. For your mistake. Now taken up flooring and having to live on floorboards until can go else where. No apologies given!
