Waited over a month for Carl as he said he could carry out some work for us end of the month. Said he would show over a week to review the work but didn't bother. Called him and still delayed work. I have lost over a month now waiting for you Carl. There is no excuse. Such a let down at a time when you have to now book in advance for work. You promised end of the month. Honestly such a nightmare with some contractors just not bothering to show up. It has delayed us by many weeks. Please consider how your timescales actually do affect your customers. If you can't be bothered to do a job...don't

This company was recommended to us and I have to say well be recommending Carl from now on. He has to be the best tradesman weve ever had out. So professional and knowledgeable, he made suggestions wed not even considered. Everything he did was faultless and he left leaving our house cleaner than when he arrived, shameful I know!
