Services
Double Glazing Repair
We repair failed double-glazed units by replacing misted, broken, or sealed glass components. Our energy-efficient replacements reduce heat loss by up to 75%, improving insulation while maintaining existing window frames. This service avoids costly full replacements, with most repairs completed in a single visit by our trained engineers.
Window Lock Replacement
Our specialists repair or replace faulty window locking mechanisms, ensuring security and functionality. We carry common lock types for instant repairs and source custom parts when needed. Engineers also lubricate and adjust mechanisms to prevent future failures, covered by a 12-month parts and labour guarantee.
Energy-Efficient Glass Upgrades
Upgrade to 'A' Rated Energy Efficient Glass units featuring argon gas filling, thermal spacer bars, and heat-reflective coatings. These units reduce heat loss by up to 75%, lowering energy bills while eliminating condensation issues. We install upgrades without replacing entire windows, preserving your existing frames.
Hinge and Friction Stay Repair
We repair or replace window hinges (friction stays) that cause draughts or operational issues. Our engineers address wear and misalignment, replacing components in pairs for balanced function. Regular lubrication and adjustments are recommended to extend hardware lifespan and maintain window performance.
Conservatory Glass Replacement
Specialist replacement of failed conservatory double-glazed units, including roof panels and side glazing. We address condensation, breakages, and seal failures, restoring thermal efficiency and aesthetics. Most conservatory repairs use existing frames, avoiding structural work while improving insulation and durability.

I have used Window SOS on both a professional and personal basis for many years. I initially found them though an advert and have never looked back since. They have carried out work at my own properties, buildings that I manage through work and also for my friends and family. There aren't many companies that I can whole heartedly recommend, but this is most certainly one of them!
