Used twice before 6 years ago and they were very good. Not the case now! shocking service!. Had to pay 100% upfront. Paid over 80 for packing boxes that were still not delivered 5 days before we actually moved with no reassurance of when they would be delivered. Rood on the phone, aggressive and annoyingly persistent chasing the cancellation charge on the day that we were moving. So glad we kicked them into touch and went with Robinson's Removals, who were brilliant.

Used this company twice. First one was not good, but was assured that now Rainbow had been taken over by Armishaws they had sorted all bad practice..... not so
1) two of the guys were in their first month
2) two hours late as the only guy who could drive was needed on another job
3) wardrobe which was dismantled by the removers came out of storage in bits, plus a broken Wendy house, broken table lamps and damaged chest of drawers.
4) small print of "insurance" only covered any item up to 40 Inc our 800 wardrobe
5) took months of weekly chasing calls to get someone to give me an update
