Highly recommend this company. They came round and fixed my boiler quickly and did not disappoint with their level of professionalism or knowledge. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and they did not patronise me in their explanations on what they was doing when I had questions. Very happy customer!

I had 2 taps replaced (on separate visits) and received a bill for 539 (the taps were about 130), so the labour cost was around 400. I just don't get how a competent plumber can take this much time to carry out 2 simple tap changes and I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I'm not looking for a bargain but I am not happy at being ripped off.

I cant rate this company highly enough. We needed a 2nd full bathroom build, which meant taking half the kitchen out. Not only did they give us a magnificent bathroom, but they helped with redesigning our kitchen too. They were a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. Thank you team.

I've used this company for many years however the service has slowly deteriorated. I had to wait ages for them to come as they cancelled the first visit and out of the four problems I had they only fixed one...Well that's what I thought until the overflow started dripping again and it's now running down the inside of my walls. Make that 0/4 problems fixed! They were also supposed to get back to me about two taps and a pump in the shower but I've heard nothing.

Rang up this morning as my heating suddenly stopped and my home very quickly felt like a fridge due to the freezing temperatures. The lady explained that it was most likely a frozen condenser pipe and that all their calls today had been about similar problems but that she would send someone out. I couldn't believe my eyes when within a very short time a very nice young man knocked on my door and within 5 minutes had rectified the problem. Thank you so much for your help and I will recommend you to all my friends.
