I am purely giving two stars based on historic experience balancing out current negativity. Recent experience has been nothing short of atrocious. I really dislike having to provide a negative review about a local business but people need to be warned. Just like the other reviewers, the aftersales support is truly awful, and their recent quality is questionable. My latest experience with Premier is of a commercial door fit only 18 months ago, the tilt and turn window is broken - the company are unable to fix this (4 months later they confirm this), and now the handle has become faulty (similar

Don't deal with this company, fitted the door and locks were faulty within 9 months. Instead of replacing the door they "fixed" the issue by cutting and damaging the door. Aftersales is rubbish they don't do what they say... Cowboys

Please avoid at all costs. Really bad after sales care. They make promises that they dont keep. Installed my door, within a year it was knackered. They refused to accept responsibility, seems the guarantee they give is useless and not worth the paper its written on. PREMIER COWBOYS!
