To anybody who is having work done by( ACCESS MOBILITY)
1st I read one review. Just because you or anybody else are disabled, does not give YOU or anybody else any right to any special treatment. You should be grateful. My husband has vascular dementia, and very bad mobility
We were saying how quickly my husband was assessed, and wet room finished in 9 weeks.we feel very privileged to have this work done for him
We were guided by the wonderful ZOE at custom services at every next stage.
ZOE made a point of saying to us at the begining, that the shower would not be able to be used which was totally

I am so thrilled with the work carried out by Access Mobility. I had my bathroom ripped and and replaced with a big walk in shower. A huge job. As to be expected when working with old pipework, there were a few hiccups. But Zoe and the team dealt with everything in such friendly professional manner and I was left with a beautiful shower room. From Zoe who's telephone manner is second to none, Tim who transformed my bathroom and Mark whose floor laying skills need to be seen to be believed, I can't praise Access Mobility high enough. Thank you for care and for making my life so much easier.

Very pleased and more than happy with the work carried out by Access Mobility, wet room looks amazing, decorating is due to be done but even without that it looks fantastic. Workman ensure carpets were protected throughout work and kept me well informed day by day, even asked me if I was happy with the process at every step. Would highly recommend

Just would like to say a massive thank you to the team Zoe, Alan, Tim, Mark, Ross and Jamie especially Zoe for arranging all the appointments. The men have done a wonderful job on installing my wet room and my downstairs toilet which has made my life easier. All the workman was a pleasure to meet and Zoe organised her team incredibly well. The work was done to a high standard and I recommend anybody to use the Access Mobility service. Thank you all once again for everything you have done.

I have just had my bathroom `ripped out and had it replaced with a wet room`. I was very impressed at the speed it was all organised and completed.and kept up to date all along the way,by a lovely lady called zoe who broke it all down bit by bit as too what was going to happen and when (very impressed). With nothing being too much trouble. The whole team worked hard and cleaned up after themselves, there were a few minor snags that were rectified straight away. They gave me a choice of colours etc to chose from, also allowed me to put in my ideas too.
Having this done has helped me no end to

I wouldnt use this company the mess and the standard of work is appalling, they fitted a disabled bathroom and had to redo it as it was shocking ( a diy kind of job ) the installation took almost 2 months in total and during that time without access to a shower
I wish I had of seen the reviews first as I would of given them a wide birth

Maybe good for installation but not for services and after sales, as we are disabled customers we need to think twice before choosing this company !
