Good luck if you choose this company! My door keeps getting stuck, they have been to try and fix, which worked for short time. I'm also awaiting replacement glass, as fitted bifold with defect in glass. I've called and called chasing, they never return calls and never give answers, just excuses.

Sadly chased them twice for an appointment. Still waiting for a call back even though I live local to them. unhelpful receptionist who replied she didn't know anything about me even though I'd rang twice and visited their showroom. Unlucky for you now I've taken my business elsewhere.

Firstly i liked the idea of being able to go on a website and get a guide as to the cost of the work to be done without having some pushy salesman trying to browbeat me into buying tonight offering phoney discounts when we did decide to go ahead with the work we found Martin in the office to be very helpful and polite the next person we saw was Steve who did the survey on the windows and doors and at no time did either of them try to sell us anything then there was Lee and Dan the two guys who fitted the doors and windows both really nice and polite guys who went out of their way to accommodate

Wasted time by missing 2 appointments then refusing to come and give a quote for a new job. Previous job there was numerous issues and poor quality work

Disorganised. Came to measure and take a quote, then when we decided to go ahead 6 weeks later they had to come back and measure again (why?). Cancelled first appointment, then arrived hours late for rescheduled appointment and ignored a sign on the door to not disturb, then lied when questioned about why they ignored it. Then didn't actually get back to us with a quote. Steer clear!
