Through adding 28 SQM of additional space, we have been able to achieve an open plan living, kitchen and dining room which is perfect. As part of the full renovation of this family home in South East London, we designed and built the ground floor wraparound extension. The new space is flooded with natural light, thanks to the four large architectural skylights along the side return, and the full width.
Build Team did our house top to bottom, and were very professional throughout. Our project manager was always organised and on top of things. A lot of things I wanted were not easy and they managed to deliver a really high end product. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out by Build Team.

Dan began his career as a marketing graduate at Sainsbury's. He then went on to further his banking career at Barclays for a period of 10 years which culminated in his role of Corporate Director in Business Services. In 2007, Dan said goodbye to a career in banking and founded Build Team, a home extension specialist that offers a Design & Build service to homeowners across London.

We have designed this service for prospective homeowners who are looking to purchase a property but want to understand more about the potential to extend. A member of our Architectural Team will visit the property with you and advise on how to extend and/or reconfigure the existing layout, the planning considerations and the estimated build costs.
