Had the unfortunate experience of buying a property which I was led to believe was being built through Clinton and Fitz Architect and marketed by Gavin from Urban Base. See my "positive review" about Gavin on the Urban Base website. Architecturally and location were spot on but thats where it ended. Found out halfway through the long drawn out process of trying to complete on the property that Clinton was actually a director of another company that had gone bust who had started the development but neither Gavin of Clinton informed us. Gavin kept assuring us when we had concerns about lack of progress

We used Fitz Architects to help us completely redesign our home. Craig and his team were efficient and professional during the entirety of the process, offering help and advice throughout. Their designs were progressive and modern, fitting our brief exactly. Would highly recommend this firm.

A great experience using Fitz Architects and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Both Aaron and Craig have been extremely helpful from inception of our project right through to submitting for planning and beyond. If you are looking for an architect to help with your project look no further, fantastic service!

I must say that I am more than happy with this company. Craig helped me through a very difficult time with planning permission which I eventually achieved after nearly 18 months. He was with me throughout the whole procedure. Great work Craig!!
