Electrical Installation Condition Reports
Our NICEIC-certified electricians conduct comprehensive electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) to identify safety issues and regulatory compliance. Using BS 7671:2018 standards, we inspect wiring, circuits, and components for defects. Reports include detailed findings and recommended remedial actions, essential for property sales, rentals, and commercial compliance.
Fuse Board Replacement
We upgrade outdated fuse boards to modern 18th edition consumer units with RCD protection. This enhances electrical safety by preventing fire risks and electric shocks. Our installations include spare capacity for future circuits, using metal-clad enclosures and type A RCDs for optimal protection and compliance.
EV Charging Points
Specialist installation of domestic and commercial EV charging points with OLEV grant eligibility. We ensure safe, compliant installations meeting current regulations, including smart charging solutions and dedicated circuit provision for rapid charging capabilities.
Full Property Rewires
Undertake full electrical rewires for properties with outdated systems, typically completing 3-bedroom homes in 3-4 days. Work includes new circuits, sockets, and lighting installations to BS 7671 standards, with materials included and minimal disruption to occupants.
Solar Panel Installation
MCS-certified solar panel installations with energy storage options. We design systems to reduce energy bills and carbon footprints, ensuring compliance with grid connection requirements and providing ongoing maintenance support for residential and commercial properties.
