We had our Windows installed in 2017 by Test Valley. Since then we have been very pleased with the quality of the windows and their performance in terms of keeping the heat in and sound deadening from the road in front of the house. Recently we had a problem with one of the window handles. We contacted Test Valley and they promptly sent out their engineer who replaced the part under warranty. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I have found all the staff to be professional and friendly. From Nigel in sales, Jodie and Shirley in customer services and Steve who installed our French doors. The quote was less than we predicted (which was a bonus) and so far the quality of the doors and installation seem to be top notch and I don't predict we will have any concerns. Even if we did, I'm certain Jodie and Shirley would help. Highly recommend Test Valley and plan on using them to build our extension (as soon as we save up)
