Business Details
We established our business over twenty years ago to supply and fit top quality kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms across Exmouth, Devon, and the wider South West region. Our talented and experienced designers work closely with you to create the exact spaces you desire. To ensure the highest quality of work, all fitting is carried out exclusively by our own skilled in-house fitters, plumbers, plasterers, and tilers rather than subcontractors. We have worked hard to earn a reputation for dedication to quality fitting, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional yet friendly approach. By using only quality products from leading manufacturers, we ensure your high expectations are consistently met.
We provide an excellent service both during and after every job to guarantee lasting customer satisfaction. Before any work begins, we offer an honest quote based on reasonable rates, ensuring transparency without cutting corners. Our dedicated team takes the time to visit you, plan with you, and work collaboratively so you remain in control from the first visit to the final finish. We pride ourselves on achieving the highest standards rather than focusing on the minimum completion time. Ultimately, we are dedicated to providing a finished product and a level of customer service that is second to none.

Report
Homes by Design provided us with excellent and attentive service from start to finish. Estimates for the job were provided efficiently and were very competitive with other local firms. The workmen were polite and clean and tidy. All queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Report
Extremely poor customer service, I had an order of approximately 10k to place for 2 bedrooms and they didn't even have the decency to call me back with a price!! After numerous calls they had the delight in telling me, "you may as well go elsewhere", how this company has traded for 25 years is beyond me!!! I would avoid like the plague!!! When speaking with Chris he didn't even seem bothered about the work, all I can say is there must be a huge shortage of suppliers in this area for them to get work with a service as abysmal as theirs!!!!!!!
