After a survey by the window wizard for some work on our conservatory. (Whilst doing the survey he commented on the age of the conservatory). He told us he would get a quote back to us the following week, however after nearly 4 weeks we had not received a response. We had to contact him and he said he was so busy playing catch-up so couldnt do the work. He actually told us via text, after we asked for a call! If he didnt want to do the work a courtesy call would have been appreciated. That is our experience of the window wizard.

Replied promptly but did not get the chance to use him as he will not travel for work to Arundel from Horsham (!).

Happy with the work. Repaired catch/lock on a window upstairs and replaced a cat flap panel on our back door with a blanking plate.
