I'm an independent double glazing repair specialist, who offers a repair service that most window companies are not able to offer, at a fraction of the cost of new double glazed windows and doors. Having been a window fitter for over 10 years, I decided to set up on my own in 2011 so I could offer an alternative to replacing windows doors & conservatories.
I could not understand why everything had to be replaced & not repaired. Windows and doors can cost hundreds if not thousands of pounds, and all moving parts & double glazed sealed units can all be replaced. Window hinges, handles, window locks, cylinders/barrels, multipoint door locks, patio wheels, patio tracks - these can all be replaced to bring your window and doors back to life.
This is obviously much much more cost-effective than replacing the frames & glass. Sometimes, however, windows and doors do need replacing, so we have now added installations to our services. As a result, The Window Wizard Horsham Ltd is now certified to install windows and doors and can offer a wide range of products from normal white PVC windows to flush sash windows, composite doors, and bi-folds.

Windows that won't open or are jammed shut usually indicates the lock mechanisms are broken, if you can push the window top or bottom & one half of it moves & the other half doesn't, the same being jammed left to right then the centre of the lock mech is broken. I can get this open with the correct tools and be replaced with new parts.

The PVC window and doors we install are REHAU - a German PVC supplier, and the frames are reinforced to provide greater strength and security. All ironmongery (window hinges, multipoint lock mechanism, and handles) we use are from high-quality manufacturers. All glass is A-rated with a thermal bar and has an argon gas field to retain heat in the home.
