Services
Commercial Window Cleaning
Our commercial window cleaning service utilises water-fed pole technology for safe, ladder-free access to hard-to-reach windows. Purified water systems ensure streak-free finishes while minimising disruption to building occupants. We accommodate schedules for offices, schools, and healthcare facilities with out-of-hours options.
Gutter Cleaning
Using GutterVacuum systems with real-time camera monitoring, we remove debris and test drainage functionality across residential and commercial properties. Our high-reach capabilities address multi-storey buildings while maintaining ground-level safety protocols.
Pressure Washing
Industrial petrol-powered jet washers restore surfaces like block paving and concrete to 'as-new' condition. Our high-pressure cleaning removes ingrained dirt and weeds, with sealing options available to prolong cleanliness and structural integrity.
Roof Cleaning
Specialist roof cleaning combines moss removal with biocide treatments to prevent regrowth. We apply protective coatings that inhibit algae and lichen development, extending roof lifespan while enhancing visual appeal through tailored cleaning approaches.
Soft Washing
Low-pressure cleaning solutions safely remove biological growth from sensitive surfaces like render and cladding. Environmentally friendly chemicals provide longer-lasting results compared to traditional pressure washing, with reduced water usage and noise impact.

Steve came round to quote me for cleaning & sealing my block paving pathway. He explained the process of the job and the end result. He came and pressure wash the pathway and once it was dry, he returned and used kiln dried sand and then applied, a few days later, two coats of the smartSeal product. I would not hesitated in contacting Steve again, he is a very helpful and friendly person and is very conscious that the customer is happy with his work.

Had gutters cleared, was concerned as it has been a few years and winter is not far away! I found Blue flag professional and friendly, they allowed my to see through their camera the build up and could see for myself. This is fantastic as I have no idea of the condition and could be told anything. I felt reassured that I was receiving a quality service and would highly recommend to anyone. No mess no fuss .
