Highly recommend Albany (were recommended to me by 3 separate friends, which speaks volumes) - flexible on budget and options, Simon was friendly and attentive - the fitters on the day went above and beyond with some custom fitting and real attention to detail. Not happy - do not let you know when they will arrive and do not answer the phone until 10,00. I had emptied drawers and shelves and removed almost everything but they still dragged remaining small furniture (not good for antiques) and finally walked off leaving an 88 year old lady (who had given them a cup of coffee!!) to clear up with a small domestic vacuum cleaner!
